Energetic validation of anaerobic digestion technology of animal waste from tannery industry

Rezumat: O cale de valorificare energetic─â a de┼čeurilor animaliere din industria piel─âriei reprezint─â generarea de biogaz ┼či combustia acestuia ├«n instala┼úii energetice. ├Än acest scop, pentru de┼čeurile animaliere s-a luat ├«n considerare ┼či fermenta┼úia anaerob─â. Pentru cercet─âri s-a realizat o instala┼úie pilot termofil─â. Pentru caracterizarea eficien┼úei tehnologiei de fermenta┼úie anaerob─â, caracteristicilor instala┼úiei pilot i s-au aplicat un model de analiz─â energetic─â. A rezultat c─â din punct de vedere al eficien┼úei producerii biogazului se poate adopta acest tip de instala┼úie ce poate fi aplicat─â ├«n continuare pentru producerea de energie.

Abstract: One way of recovering energy from animal waste from the leather industry is production of biogas and its combustion in power plants. For this purpose, the anaerobic fermentation of the animal waste has been considered. Research was conducted a pilot plant thermophilic. An energy model was applied in the pilot plant, to characterize the efficiency of anaerobic digestion technology. It appears that in terms of the efficiency of biogas production, this type of installation can be applied in energy production
