DISCUTIE ASUPRA CONDITIEI DE LICHEFIERE A HIDROGENULUI IN INSTALATIILE CRIOGENICE

Rezumat: Se considera schema clasica de lichefiere a hidrogenului si se analizeaza conturul legat de ultima etapa a procesului de lichefiere, respectiv legatura intre schimbatorul final de caldura si ventilul de laminare. Se disting trei cazuri, unul limita, care la randul sau desparte cazul cand hidrogenul este lichefiat si cazul cand nu se obtine lichefierea lui. Pentru fiecare caz sunt prezentate modele de calcul si in addende exemple numerice. Din discutia datelor din tabelele prezentate rezulta importanta comportarii schimbatorului de caldura si in special rolul semnificativ pe care il are pierderea de caldura.

Abstract: A classical scheme of a hydrogen liquefaction installation is considered. The last stage of the liquefaction process is analyzed. It refers to the hydrogen flow between the final heat exchanger and the expander. Three cases are identified. Among these, one is critical since it separates the states where the hydrogen is liquefied from those states where the hydrogen is not liquefied. Each case is discussed and computation models are proposed, together with numerical examples. Discussion of results shows the importance of the heat exchange’s behavior and the significant role played by the heat loss.
